We, the undersigned, do hereby apply for exhibit space at VISION Expo, March 1 & 2, 2024. When executed by both parties, this shall constitute a binding agreement. We have read and agree to abide by the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations, which are made a part of this agreement, and any such additional rules and regulations which may be adopted by MWACA, the Exhibit Hall and/or show management. All payments are non-refundable. We understand that this agreement shall be legally binding upon acceptance in writing by MWACA and/or show management.
